Opening Your Package: Please record a video while unboxing your product. This video will serve as evidence if there are any issues with the product.
Product Issues: If you find any problems with the product itself, such as defects or damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide the video evidence along with details of the issue.
